The photos and texts that we use on our website are subject to English copyright. This means that the photos and texts may not be reused unless official permission has been given. If this is not complied with, we have the right to prosecute.

Shipping and delivery time

We ship every business day excluding holidays. Our company is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed on a shipping day before 8.00 am, we try to match the shipment of that day. Unfortunately, this is not always possible during busy times. Orders placed after 8:00 am will always be shipped the following day. Your order will be delivered within min. 2 to max. 5 working days after shipment


You can pay securely in our webshop via IDEAL or credit card payment. Payments are processed by our payment system Mollie Payments.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes to an order that has been placed, so always check your order before you place and pay for it.


If an item is not available due to circumstances, we will state this on the invoice and your purchase amount will be refunded by our payment system Mollie payments. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to send you an article other than the one you ordered.

Received your order?

We advise you to check your order immediately after receipt for inaccuracies and to try on the clothing. This in connection with the warranty and trial period of 14 days.

Exchange / Return / Complaint


Items (with the exception of items from our SALE) can be returned within 14 days without giving a reason. The articles must have the original label. Return the items with the invoice to the address below. You can have the return shipment sent by a transport company of your choice. It is not necessary to register a return. PAY ATTENTION! We do not reimburse shipping/return costs for a return shipment, these are for your own account. This is because we work with very low sales prices and do not include the shipping / return costs in our article prices. After proper receipt, the purchase amount of your returned item will be refunded to you within 5 working days to the account number with which the order was paid. It is not possible to use a different account number for this. If an item is returned from an order of more than 60 euros for which no shipping costs have been paid, the following applies: if the purchase amount of your order held is less than 60 euros, we will charge 5 euros administration costs. This is because we work with very low sales prices and do not include shipping / return and packaging costs in our article prices. We are not liable for a return shipment, a return shipment is an agreement between the consumer and the transport company.

Of course, a garment/accessory should arrive in good condition, we always check this before it is sent. Despite our care, it is possible that a garment/accessory still shows a defect, please contact us as soon as possible via email: The Warranty on an item is valid for a maximum of 2 weeks after receipt! We do not guarantee against improper use of clothing, accessories and after washing.

Excluded from warranty:

  • We do not guarantee product applications such as text, sequins, studs and stones.
  • We do not guarantee against incorrect washing or drying of clothing.
  • We do not offer a guarantee on discounted items.
  • We do not guarantee stains caused by perfume, deodorant or lotion, etc.
  • We do not offer a guarantee on tights and tights.
  • We do not guarantee damage caused by accessories such as belts, necklaces and bracelets.
